The former site of Dalingshan base of Anti-Japanese War (1937-1945), now a key cultural relic unit under State Protections, was the official place of the third team of Dongjiang River Column Army of Guangdong people's anti-Japan guerrillas. The former site is a relic protection cluster including more than 10 sites of the headquarters, the meeting room, the radio station, the press, the information station, the food station, the arm-repairing factory, the military training class, the officer training class, the supporting hospital and the supporting office, all of which played a great historical part in the process of the anti-Japanese war of South China. Near the site stands Guangdong Dongjiang River Column Army Museum, an anti-Japan subject museum with the most abundant relics and the highest level of exhibition inside the province.
